Hi! We're John and Shelley.

We live in Greensboro with our three children and rescue pit bull. Our experience with local and online sales started by clearing out our kids' outgrown items and eventually grew into buying and reselling liquidated merchandise from major retailers.

Through that experience, we learned just how much work goes into selling things well—researching, photographing, pricing, listing, communicating with buyers, and coordinating sales. We also saw an opportunity to make that process easier for people in our community who are ready to sell household belongings but don't have the time or desire to do it themselves.

Whether you're downsizing, moving, settling an estate, or simply ready to let go of things that no longer fit into your next chapter, we believe those belongings can still have plenty of life—and plenty of value.

That's why we created The Household Resale Co. We handle the selling process from start to finish, giving your things a chance to find new homes while giving you back your time.
