1 — We Evaluate
We meet with you to discuss your items and determine what makes sense to sell. We'll discuss what we believe can realistically sell, how the process will work, and answer any questions you have before you commit. Depending upon the nature and size of your item/s, we may either take immediate possession of them or will discuss alternate options.

2 — We Do the Work

Once we agree to move forward, we take it from there. We handle:

Researching and determining pricing

Photographing your items

Creating listings

Marketing across appropriate resale platforms

Answering buyer questions

Negotiating offers

Coordinating sales and pickups

You don't have to deal with the messages, the strangers, or the logistics.

3 — You Get Paid
When your items find a new home, you'll receive the profits, less our agreed-upon commission. We'll keep track of your sales and provide you with a clear accounting of what sold and what you've earned.

If you're not sure whether something is a fit, ask us. We're always interested in finding the resale potential in things you may no longer need.

We're not a traditional garage sale or an estate service for selling every item in a home. To make the process worthwhile for all, we generally look for individual or grouped items with an expected resale value of $50 or more.

We consider the item's condition, demand, value, and the time and effort involved in selling it. If we're not the right fit for something, we'll be honest about that.

Even if we agree to take on an item, not everything may ultimately sell. In that event, we'll communicate with you and discuss the best next step, whether that's adjusting the price, trying a different sales approach, returning the item to you, or donating for you.

Our goal is to sell as much as possible while making the process worthwhile for you.

We use a variety of resale platforms and sales channels depending on the item and where we believe it will have the best chance of selling. We have a strong local presence via Facebook Marketplace.
